Nanoxeal surface protection in Charlottetown

Prince Edward Island is low and open: there is not much to break the wind coming off the gulf. Rain arrives sideways, salt travels well inland, and red soil dust settles on everything.

What the Island climate does to surfaces

  • Near-constant wind driving rain into walls
  • Salt air reaching well inland
  • Red soil dust staining porous surfaces
  • Freeze-thaw winters with gulf storms

Nanoxeal in Charlottetown

  • Limits wind-driven rain entering siding and masonry
  • A less porous surface, so soil deposits rinse off better
  • Reduces the salt water concrete absorbs
  • We ship anywhere on Prince Edward Island

Also serving nearby: Stratford, Cornwall, Montague, Souris, Georgetown.

Frequently asked questions

Does it help with red soil staining?
Indirectly. A treated surface is less absorbent, so soil works in less and rinses off better. A stain already anchored in a porous substrate will not be removed by the treatment.
Do you install on the Island?
Not directly. We install in Quebec and British Columbia. On PEI we ship the product and back local applicators.

The coverage (1,000 to 1,200 sq ft per 19 L pail, two coats) and the protection duration (up to 15 years) are the manufacturer specification, not independent lab results. Always test a small area before treating the whole surface.
