I build the systems behind the business: distribution, tooling, the numbers. The goal is simple. A customer should know exactly what they are buying, and an applicator should know exactly what to do on the roof.
We distribute a technical product. That means verifiable numbers, recognised test standards, and no promises a coating cannot keep.

I handle sales. In practice: I answer, I ask questions, and I tell you straight whether the product does the job for you or not.

I make sure the product actually shows up. Orders, stock, deliveries, job scheduling. When it runs without anyone noticing, that means it is working.
